This existing beachfront hoe was stuck in a time-warp, taking it straight back to the early 70’s and had been all but abandon.  When the visionary developers Michael Pierson & Rande Turner decided to take on this challenge, they knew Viking would be an ideal choice as contractor.  Together with the talented team of designers at Island Design Center, this renovation produced the biggest visual transformation to date.
