Project Description Over the years, Ferraro's restaurant had evolved from a small pool side snack shop into one of Maui's finest dining experiences. In 2002, Viking provided the final transition, by enlarging and upgrading the kitchen and dining area, adding a new exhibition pizza oven and eat-in bar, all with the highest quality finishes & details. Nothing was compromised despite the aggressive 90 day construction schedule.
